With all Sony Xperia C Unlocking Code orders we usually deliver a complete set of unlocking codes. Most of the time you just need the Network Code (NCK) but when needed you'll also receive Unfreeze Code, Reset Key, or Service Provide Code. In the same email that includes your unlock code(s), you will also receive complete instructions on how to use it. Usually, you just insert the SIM card in the phone you want to use and the phone will prompt you for the unlock code. In case you need any assistance, our customer support is always there to answer any questions you might have. We will get back to you within less than 12 Hours from Monday to Friday.
1 – Switch ON your phone with a Non accepted SIM Card,
2 – Phone will ask you to enter Sim unlock pin
3 – Enter unlock code (16 digit code)
4 – Phone will be unlocked
Warning: Before place an order you need to check Counter Lock Status:
Power on with not accepted SIM Card
When it asks for NCK code, enter the first code
If it says Wrong code, then Open the Dialer and enter the following sequence: *#*#7378423#*#*
2. A menu will appear.
3. Go to: SERVICE INFO
4. Go to: SIMLOCK
5. Check wher is X
6. If X is on NETWORK and value is different than 0, you can unlock the phone with our codes.
in case if the phone shows (X) network lower then 5 and not 0 , then it wil be refunded
in case if the phone shows (X) network - 5 means the code was not even seen by phone, cause the counter was to be lowered to 4 at least in case of wrong code
and most important, this is for bricked and security damaged phones
some phone just show like this
() network 5
() service provider 5
() subset 5
for such screen counter was not checked properly or the phone is bricked by software (5 locks on)
it must show
(5) service provider
